HOUSING

So, the last thing you probably want to think about right now is the housing situation. But, let's make sure you're all set with the info that you might need sooner or later.

RENTAL

ASSISTANCE

The Government of BC has announced a new rental supplement of up to $500 to assist individuals affected by COVID-19. Additionally, all evictions are currently halted, and all rental rates have been frozen.

MORTGAGE

DEFERRALS

Homeowners facing financial stress may be eligible for a mortgage payment deferral for up to 6 months. To determine your eligibility, you will need to discuss this with your bank or mortgage professional.
